Primarily known for the past decade as the winemaker/owner of Amador’s first cult, micro-winery, Legendre Cellars, Scott understands the challenges, risks, and passion that goes into your brand. During that time Scott has consulted on various projects in Northern California from small winemaking dilemmas like stuck fermentations, blending trials, and VA removal to large business projects like rewriting ownership 5-year business plans.
